Privacy and personal data
Data controller
Amberlake Partners SAM, L’Ambassador, 38 boulevard des Moulins, MC-98000 Monaco, is responsible for processing associated with this website. Privacy contact: contact@amberlakepartners.com. Last updated: 16 October 2026.
Purposes and legal bases
- Contact and financing enquiries: to answer your request and take steps towards a possible contract at your request. Other correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to respond; other fields are optional.
- Chat: to provide the conversation you choose to open and respond to you. The chat connects you with our team. Do not send identity documents, banking credentials, passwords or confidential documents through it.
- Security and operation: technical logs, abuse prevention and form confirmations, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
- Audience and advertising measurement: only after your consent, separately for audience measurement and advertising. A contact enquiry or cookie acceptance does not constitute consent to marketing emails.
- Client relationships: regulatory, contractual and client due diligence processing is covered by information specific to that relationship when it starts.
Data and recipients
Depending on how you use the site, we receive your name, email address, telephone number, country, project information and messages. The website also uses technical connection data. Recipients include authorised Amberlake staff and necessary service providers: alwaysdata for hosting, SendPulse for form notifications and our messaging services, including Microsoft 365. Chat messages and contact details you submit may be relayed to our team through Telegram and email notifications. WhatsApp and LinkedIn links lead to separate services with their own privacy policies.
With your permission, Counter.dev measures visits, Microsoft Clarity analyses navigation, clicks and scrolling and offers session recordings, and the OpenAI pixel measures advertising visits. Clarity masking is configured on pages, forms and chat; our measurement events do not contain the text you enter. The cookie notice explains these choices.
Processing locations and transfers
Amberlake is based in Monaco. Website hosting is provided by alwaysdata in France. Depending on the services used, messaging, chat or measurement providers may process data in other countries, including outside the European Economic Area. Information about processing locations and safeguards applicable to a transfer can be requested at our contact address. Declining measurement tools prevents them from loading and does not block contact enquiries.
Retention
Enquiries and conversations are retained for the time necessary to handle your request and follow up your correspondence. Further retention depends on whether a relationship continues, applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and the establishment or defence of legal claims. Retention specific to a client relationship is explained when that relationship starts. Cookie choices remain valid for no more than 180 days, with expiry checked on each visit; permitted attribution and functional chat identifiers are limited to the browser session. Provider privacy policies linked in the cookie notice explain their measurement data retention.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Erasure may be limited by a retention obligation. We do not make decisions with legal effects on you solely through automated processing of your enquiry on this website.
Write to contact@amberlakepartners.com with your request. Identity verification may be requested where necessary; do not send an identity document unsolicited. You may complain to Monaco’s Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles (APDP) or the competent authority in your country, including the CNIL in France. Monaco’s framework includes Law No. 1.565 of 3 December 2024; the GDPR applies where its territorial conditions are met.
