Cookies and journey measurement

Audience measurement
Counter.dev measures visits. Microsoft Clarity helps analyse entry pages, navigation, clicks, scrolling and contact steps through statistics, heatmaps and session recordings.
Page content, forms and chat are masked in Clarity. We do not send it entered values, messages, identities, contact details or financial data. Events contain only predefined action names. No customer or conversation identifiers are passed. Unapproved URLs or referrers prevent Clarity from loading.
Clarity cookies _clck and _clsk recognise a browser and group page views into sessions. Microsoft may also use cookies described in its documentation. Our consent signal denies data sharing with Microsoft Ads.
Advertising measurement
The OpenAI pixel measures advertising visits according to the measurement settings. A contact click is not a received enquiry. A form enquiry is counted only after confirmation by the server. A received chat message is distinguished from a form enquiry.
Your measurement preferences
Measurement tools load by default on public pages. Clarity operates without cookies when no permission has been recorded. Valid saved refusals remain respected. Use the “Measurement preferences” button on this notice to change your choices; withdrawal reloads the page. Forms and contact options remain available.
Attribution limited to previously approved sources and campaigns is retained for the session while measurement is active. Free-text parameters are excluded. A technical session cookie can confirm a form response; it contains none of your enquiry details. Confirmation can be used once within five minutes.
Processing and rights
Enquiries and conversations are processed separately to reply to you. Measurement data is processed by Counter.dev, Microsoft and OpenAI for the described purposes and under their terms.
